I’ve been one of the fortunates to receive the same gift (and even a free and signed paperback version) of Ed’s excellent book.
Great way to review it – distil it even. I considered myself a rather pro-active website manager but Ed’s book has crossed even more t’s and dotted more i’s for our strategy than anything else.
