How To Waste A Golden Opportunity…
What would you do if you had the chance to ask 3 questions to one of the best marketing minds alive today?
Would you ask… um… maybe…
What is the best way to acquire a millionaire mindset?
How do you put yourself in the position to experience “The Phenomenon”?
What are some of the most profitable marketing methods or ideas you’ve discovered in the last year?
Or maybe you could come up with a few of your own.
Dan Kennedy gave this opportunity to his new members. He has a new member questionnaire, and you are allowed to ask 3 of our most burning marketing questions. Dan charges $16800.00 for 6 hours of his time… if you could get him. That works out to $46.00 per minute. If you figure it takes 6 minutes to answer each question, that works out to $276.00 per question.
So, what do you think were the top two questions Dan was asked?
1. How do you like living in Cleveland?
2. Why harness racing?
?????
This month I was reading Bill Glazer & Dan Kennedy’s NO B.S. Marketing Letter, and incredibility this what happened.
Hard to believe that people would waste a golden opportunity by asking these questions. Hard to believe that they would not come up with a list of questions longer than your arm.
WOW!
You need take these opportunities and not waste them on trivial questions… especially with someone who has accomplished the things in life you are striving for.
Incidentally, I can answer the Cleveland question. I grew up in Akron, OH & lived in Cleveland from 1999-2007. The area is pretty good place to live. The sports teams are finally getting their act together… we might finally win our first championship since 1964. The local politics is very entertaining. And as a friend from Chicago said… he hasn’t seen this much snow outside of a ski resort.

Dude, that is gut-busting hilarious!
But I think the questions do speak to something deeper than it might appear on the surface: People are lonely. They want to connect with other people.
Or perhaps they want to know intimate details about a person’s life… stuff they would not normally get in a newsletter.
It’s the same reason people buy tabloids that try to expose every nook and cranny of a celebrity’s private life.

Ryan,
That is a good observation about people wanting to connect with Dan. He has written about that subject several times in the newsletter. In fact he says he trys to write in such a manner that creates a personal connection.
So, I guess his writing style is working!
