Homework… I figured that would end after I got out of school. Nope, even right now I’m overwhelmed by homework from the 16 Steps To Success webinar. This is an 8-week webinar that meets 2 times a week. It is hosted by Sam Clark & Jack Humphries. All I can say about it is it’s killer.

This is designed to teach everyone to create and establish an authority blog. We are on step 10 right now, and the pace is fast n furious. Keeping up with the homework is futile. But, they told us it would be next to impossible to keep up.

How I Found This Webinar

Back in mid February I Googled how to add trackbacks, and Jack Humphries Trackback video came up. After watching the video I went over to his Traffic Reports blog. He has an eBook you can download for free called The Authority Black Book. Getting this put me on his email list, and in early March Jack sent out and invite to join 16 Steps To Success webinar. No-brainer… it was free.

Those 500 slots filled up pretty quick, and it’s closed off to new registrations. I suggest you get on Jack’s list, and if they do it again… drop what your doing and sign up.

Today Jack and Sam went over posting and content strategies.

That information alone was worth the whole price of admission… wait never mind, it was free. However if I had paid today would have been worth the entire fee. And this was only part 1 of 2! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us in part 2.

Anyhow Jack broke down a post he wrote on The Friday Traffic Report that he noticed had reached page 2 on Google. He re-optimized the post for the keywords Google liked, and in less than 24 hours the post was at number 4 for its keyword.

You know how some people claim top keyword position for BS Keywords…

I’ve seen people claim page one for some strange keywords that nobody searches. Well, not this time. This was for a competitive keyword, and not for some keywords like “Grandma Humphries Luvs her little Jackie!”

Then Jack went over step-by-step how he re-optimized the post to get it on page one. I was taking notes as fast as I could, while lifting my jaw off the floor.

It was scary good…
